WHO AM I ?

I'm from Antibes and I've been assembling and customizing watches since 2020. For me, watchmaking is more than a job, it's a passion. My journey began by making modifications to Seiko watches, then I began to nurture the desire to design my own brand. WATCHMODCUSTOM is a brand that embodies my vision of watchmaking craftsmanship. Each of my creations is the fruit of many hours of meticulous work, combining tradition and innovation to offer unique and exceptional watches to my customers. My aim is to continue pushing back the boundaries of watchmaking and to share my passion for this art with the whole world.

How can I personalize my watch on your site ?

 

In order to personalize your watch on our website, we showcase quality work from other customers [with their permission], and if you want you can choose each part of the watch according to your own tastes and needs. You can click on the WhatsApp on each page to get different materials for the parts, and a variety of options are available to ensure that each watch is unique and perfectly reflects your personal preferences.

How long does it take?

For a watch created using our online configurator, the assembly process generally takes 2 weeks.

For a fully customized creation, where you send us specific requests by e-mail, the lead time can extend to 3 weeks. This extra time allows us to ensure that every detail of your bespoke watch is perfectly executed.

On the other hand, for a watch purchased directly from our online boutique, without any additional personalization, the lead time is shorter. You can expect your watch to be ready for shipment within 1-2 weeks.

Do you offer a warranty?

Every watch manufactured in our workshop comes with a 1-year warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and operating problems under normal use.

Is it possible to have a personalized message engraved on my watch, and what engraving options are available?

Absolutely, we are equipped with a state-of-the-art laser engraver that enables us to engrave personalized messages or motifs on your watches. Thanks to this technology, we can make precise engravings on different parts of the watch, including: case backs, crowns, dial personalization.

How does the delivery of your watches work, and what are the estimated delivery times?

We offer free delivery worldwide. All our watches are assembled and shipped from our workshop.

For deliveries, we use the FedEx Express service, renowned for its speed and reliability.

As soon as your order is ready for dispatch, we will systematically send you your tracking number by email. This will enable you to follow the progress of your order at every stage of the delivery process, for a transparent and reassuring experience.
